In the link below you will find my essay for credit for my degrees, but specifically my minors in Educational Communication & Health. Basically, what this allows me to do is to set up a portfolio (the entire site you see here), apply my learning experience, developing a credit request, and finally, putting it into a formal research paper (what you see here).
